Elden ring player wanted to be former president teddy roosevelt, Elden Ring’s ability to create characters allows them to become anyone they wish.
One player wanted to be President Teddy Roosevelt. Elden Ring’s character creation process is very thorough. Players can be whatever they like. You can create anything you want, including Sonic the Hedgehog or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Melina, Roleplaying creations like old Kratos or young Kratos, or just your own Tarnished creations. An Elden Ring player recently discovered one of the most unusual creations.
The game created Teddy Roosevelt, as you can see below. The player has some elegant attire for Roosevelt, 26th President of United States. Roosevelt was the leader of the progressive moment. He focused on Square Deal domestic policies and the breaking up of trusts as well as conservation of the nation’s natural resources. Roosevelt’s famous phrase, “Speak softly but carry a big stick” was a key part of American foreign policy. This is exactly what the Elden Ring player does.
Redditor Ooftyoofte met them and shared an image of their encounters with Teddy Roosevelt before the Morgott or Hoarah Lox boss fight. Their post was entitled “Speak softly”, because Teddy Roosevelt is armed with a huge stick, the Elden Ring great club weapon. This perfectly matches his foreign policy. Reddit was astonished at Roosevelt’s idea in The Lands Between.
One comment transforms Malenia’s famous intro line into something that is more appropriate for Teddy Roosevelt. It reads: “I am Bull Moose and Blade of Roosevelt and I have never experienced defeat.” The attempted assassination of Roosevelt is a follow-up. Roosevelt continued to deliver his speech despite being shot. This comment would be interpreted as a slut on the assassin because Roosevelt was as healthy and fit as if he hadn’t been shot. The most hilarious and on-brand comment Roosevelt made as Elden Lord was to declare Liunia a national Park in The Lands Between. He also busted the Caria family trust.
This is all good fun. However, it also shows how creative the community can get. From bizarre builds to interesting character creations and getting into the Elden Ring Colosseums locked by FromSoftware, nothing seems off-limits. This bodes well for FromSoftware’s open-world Souls game.
Elden Ring is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
